Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Indicative prices for accommodation and any additional services are listed in the accommodation provider’s promotional materials (website, brochures, price list section of the website, etc.). However, the price stated on the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “voucher”) is binding for the guest. The scope of the agreed services and their prices is determined by the details specified in the voucher. The accommodation provider reserves the right to change the agreed conditions of the stay in circumstances beyond its control (e.g. force majeure).

The guest is entitled to cancel their reservation at any time before arrival. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email with delivery confirmation to penzion@nanamesti.cz. The date and time the email is sent are decisive in determining the cancellation period. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the booked services will apply. Individual cancellation fees may be agreed upon for larger groups. For selected dates, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, according to the current conditions displayed during the reservation process.

The accommodation provider will not charge the above cancellation fees if the guest is unable to use the booked services due to the following circumstances: death in the family, hospitalisation of the guest or a family member, serious illness, military call-up or natural disaster. The guest must provide written proof of these circumstances to the accommodation provider no later than 3 days after their occurrence.

These Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy form an integral part of the accommodation reservation and accommodation voucher.

Children aged 0–3 years staying without a separate bed or additional services: FREE OF CHARGE.

Children aged 3–12 years staying in a standard bed: 20% discount.

The extra bed in the Triple Suite is suitable for up to 2 people.

The accommodation price includes breakfast, parking on the premises, bicycle storage where available, and Wi-Fi access.

Penzion Na Náměstí – Information on consumer dispute resolution. In accordance with Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the competent authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), which resolves consumer disputes through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
