Accommodation in the city center with many great services.
In our guest house, we try to make every guest really enjoy their stay with us. That is why we are constantly improving our services. Classic "hotel" services are available and a little extra. We regularly cooperate with the city and promote various outdoor games that can diversify your stay. Admission to the city museum or zoo with a discount is a matter of course. | Air-condition | You will be comfortable in summer with us! We have installed air conditioners in every room, which is of course included in the price of your stay. |
| Parking | Parking is FREE for all guests (1 car / 1 room). The pension is located in the pedestrian zone of the city. Park on Náměstí Odboje, or on the adjoining Náměstí Václava Hanky. From Náměstí Odboje, walk up Revoluční Street (pedestrian zone) and at the end is our reception at the travel agency INVIA (between UCB and ČSOB banks). You will stay here and receive the keys together with the parking chip. The parking lot is not guarded. |
| Wi-Fi connection | Internet Wi-Fi connection is for FREE in the whole building. |
| Check - in | Arrival to the accommodation is possible from 2pm until 7pm. Outside the allotted time, guests can be accommodated only by prior agreement with the reception. |
| Check - out | Rooms must be vacated by 10am. |
| Early arrival/ Late departure |
As part of the accommodation, we also offer early arrival (12am/ noon) and later departure (12am/ noon) according to current availability and only by prior agreement with the reception. The fee for each service is 300 CZK. |
| Reception | The reception is open from 8am until 8pm. On weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and public holidays, the reception is open from 2pm until 7pm. |
| Reservation management via the Alfred application | You can edit your reservation for FREE via a web interface that works on both, a computer and a mobile phone. Fill out the online check-in, order our services or pay for the entire reservation and do not wait at the reception. You can log in here, using the booking code you have in the confirmation email. |
| Restaurant |
In the area of the pension there is a great restaurant Pasáž. More information and opening hours can be found in the "restaurant" section or on the official website of the restaurant - www.restauracepasaz.cz. All guests have a 10% discount on all consumption in the restaurant. |
| Breakfast | A rich breakfast buffet (up to 8 people continental / served) takes place directly in the restaurant Pasáž. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends. The method of serving breakfast may vary depending on current hygiene measures. |
| Half-board | Half board can be ordered in the local restaurant Pasáž for 190 CZK / person. Dinner is served from 18:00 to 19:30. You can choose from 2 dishes (including one for vegetarians). The price of half board includes soup and a carafe of water. Half board can be ordered via the online form on our website or via our reception (+420 499 329 128, penzion@nanamesti.cz). |
| Safe deposit box | A safe is available in each room and is included in the room rate. Our reception will give you instructions on how to use the safe on arrival! Of course, you will also find instructions in your room. |
| Filtered water | Fairly filtered water awaits all guests in every room. Reception will be happy to refill it on request. |
| Baby cot | We have one baby cot available, which we offer FREE including mattress and bed linen. There is also a diaper basket in the room. |
| Ski and bicycle storage | A storage room is available FREE OF CHARGE for all guests. |
| Bikes | Bikes can be rented for 5 (250 CZK / person) or 10 hours (400 CZK / person). We only offer bicycles for adults. We will lend you a helmet, lock, light and turn signal for FREE. |
| Scooters | Scooters can be rented for 5 (250 CZK / person) or 10 hours (400 CZK / person). We offer only scooters for adults. We will lend you a helmet and a lock for FREE. |
| Wind dragons/ kites | We also offer a wind dragon/ kite for half a day (5 hours) for 150 CZK / 1 kite. |
| Bobsleighs | Free bobsleighs for guests! |
| Nordic walking sticks | Two pairs of sticks can be borrowed at the reception completely FREE OF CHARGE. |

Book discounted tickets to the Safari Zoo in Dvůr Králové online here. Take advantage of the 20% discount to the city museum through our reception. |
| Wine in the room | For an additional fee we provide quality wine or prosecco in the room. Just arrange in advance with our reception. |
