ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN

IMPORTANT: The guesthouse does not have a 24-hour reception.

Check-in is available at the following times:

• Monday–Friday: 14:00–20:00
• Saturday–Sunday: 14:00–19:00

 

Arriving later? Use our self check-in service!

If you plan to arrive after reception hours, you can use our self check-in service. Simply pay for your stay in advance via the Alfréd app and complete all the required information.

If you need assistance, you can also arrange everything directly with our reception by calling +420 499 329 128 or emailing penzion@nanamesti.cz.

Once we have received your payment and all the required information, we will send you instructions for accessing the self-service key boxes, where you will find your room keys.

PARKING

The guesthouse is located in a pedestrian zone in the centre of Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Upon arrival, we recommend parking briefly at náměstí Odboje or the adjacent náměstí Václava Hanky.

From náměstí Odboje, walk up Revoluční Street (pedestrian zone). At the end of the street, you will find our reception inside the INVIA.CZ / DER TOUR travel agency, between UniCredit Bank and ČSOB.

At reception, you will receive your room keys and a parking access chip. Then drive around the surrounding buildings to reach the rear of the guesthouse, where you will find a private car park reserved exclusively for our guests. Parking is free of charge, but the car park is not monitored.

HALF BOARD AND DINING

Breakfast is included in the accommodation price. From 1 September to 30 April, you can also add dinner at a discounted rate at our Pasáž Restaurant.

During the summer season, from 1 May to 31 August, half board is not available. However, guests can enjoy the regular à la carte menu at Pasáž Restaurant with a 10% discount.

AIR CONDITIONING

Air conditioning is available in selected rooms during the summer months and is included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, you will receive an air conditioning remote control together with your room keys. The remote control must be returned to reception or to the restaurant staff upon check-out.

IMPORTANT: In the event of loss or theft of the remote control, a compensation fee of CZK 5,000 will be charged. This amount can be paid at reception in cash or by credit card.
